    Yes, at Scoop-a-Poo we love interacting with our customers and their furry friends! You know your dog best though. If strangers make them uncomfortable, then we ask that you keep them inside while we are scooping.
  • What do we do with the dog waste after we scoop it?
    We can take the waste with us after cleanup, or we can double bag it and place it in your trash can. Whatever you would like!

  • Do we clean the whole yard?
    Yes, Scoop-a-Poo will clean front yards, back yards, sidewalks/patios. Wherever there is poop, we will scoop!
  • Is there a specific time you come to scoop?
    No, but we will text you an hour before we are coming so you know we are arriving soon.
  • Do we still clean in hazardous weather?
    No. We will skip service and reschedule. Hazardous weather includes: thunder and lightning, excessive heat, below freezing temperatures, severe wind and excessive snowfall.
  • Do I need to be home for you to be able to scoop?
    No, as long as we can get to where we need to scoop you do not need to be home. We will send you a message when we are on the way and a message when we are done scooping your yard.
  • How can you ensure the safety of my dog?
    At Scoop-a-Poo we use a kennel grade disinfectant on our equipment and shoes so we are not bringing any germs or illness to your yard. We also make sure the gate we come in is secure before leaving.
  • Do I need to sign a contract?
    No! You can start, pause or cancel your service at any time. Just give us a call!
